The Texas Motorplex today announced drag racing Hall of Famer Darrell Gwynn, three-time Top Fuel world champion Antron Brown and long-time NHRA volunteer Mickey Prestridge have been named Texas Motorplex Legends in advance of the 2023 NHRA Texas Fall Nationals at the Stampede of Speed.

With one race to go, championships are on the line in NMCA competition.

NHRA officials announced the 2023 NHRA Sweepstakes, featuring a host of prizes from five NHRA partners.

If your weapon of choice is a street-legal fast Ford, get ready to plan a trip to Bowling Green because NMRA is debuting a new class at the World Finals + Holley Ford Fest allowing racers to compete heads-up on the quarter mile in a single-index class for a shot at cash and a coveted Victor award.

On the heels of the NMRA Homecoming, Dragway 42 in West Salem, Ohio played host to its rapidly growing Fast Fords event. Southeast of Norwalk, several of the NMRA regulars made the trek the following week to try their luck, including Norwalk Bracket 1 winner Gary Varney.
